1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 pieces of salmon fillet, 6 ounces each
2 scallions tinly sliced
White rice and broccoli for sides
1. Heat Oven to 450 degrees. Coat a baking dish with non stick cooking spray
2. In a small dish, stir together the hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and red pepper. Place salmon in dish and spread top of each fillet with half of hoisin mixture.
3. Roast at 450 for 10 minutes. Spread remaining mixture over salmon and top with scallions. Roast for additional 5 minutes.
4. Serve with rice and broccoli.
